NACA and Countrywide join forces
October 27, 2007 – 2:16 amI have worked with NACA before and they are offering the best deals on mortgages I have seen in my over 9 yrs of real estate experience. At a time when Wall Street seems to be holding money hostage, this program still provides people of modest means to qualify for a home loan. That is why I was glad to read about the partnership reached by NACA and Countrywide to refinance the many sub-prime loans that Countrywide had made. Now, I am not an apologist, nor do I approve a bailout, but I must admit that seeing the program help true owner occupied properties makes me a bit hopeful of out ascension from this mortgage debacle.
