After 7 years of helping investors and home-buyers buy and sell real estate, Mark Hendriks decided that his customers needed a better approach to being served, that current brokers were not fulfilling. He sought out the newest technologies, interviewed customer service experts across the country and listened to his past clients, to formulate what he believed the most comprehensive approach to assisting clients in the process of selling and purchasing real estate.
